Schedule Details

Day 1 : Arrival
<p><span class="s5">P</span><span class="s5">ick</span><span class="s5"> up from the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Yerevan city tour. Visit </span><span class="s5">History Museum and </span><span class="s5">Tsitsernakaberd</span><span class="s5"> Memorial Complex.</span></p>
Day 2 : Garni-Geghard-The Arch of Charents
<p><span class="s5">We will start our tour with a visit to </span><span class="s5">Garni</span><span class="s5">, the only standing pagan temple in Armenia, and the Symphony of Stones. </span><span class="s5">In </span><span class="s5">Garni</span><span class="s5">, we will take part in </span><span class="s5">Amrneian</span><span class="s5"> bread “</span><span class="s5">lavash</span><span class="s5">” baking master class and have lunch. W</span><span class="s5">e'll visit </span><span class="s5">Geghard</span><span class="s5"> Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site carved out of the rock. On our way back to Yerevan, we'll make a memorable stop at The Arch of </span><span class="s5">Charents</span><span class="s5">, offering breathtaking views of Mount Ararat.</span></p>
Day 3 : Sevan-Sevanavank-Dilijan
<p class="s15"><span class="s10">Sevan-Sevanavank-Dilijan</span></p> <p class="s3"><span class="s16">Today, we will drive along Lake </span><span class="s16">Sevan</span><span class="s16">, exploring </span><span class="s16">Sevanavank</span><span class="s16"> Monastery on the peninsula. We'll </span><span class="s16">Stop</span><span class="s16"> for Lunch in </span><span class="s16">Sevan</span><span class="s16">. Later, we will journey to </span><span class="s16">Dilijan</span><span class="s16">, our last destination for today's tour, often referred to as the "Second Switzerland" for its stunning natural beauty.</span><span class="s16"> In </span><span class="s16">Dilijan</span><span class="s16">, we will visit </span><span class="s16">Goshavank</span><span class="s16"> and </span><span class="s16">Haghartsin</span><span class="s16"> Monasteries.</span></p>
Day 4 : Etchmiadzin-Zvartnots
<p><span class="s16">Today, we will d</span><span class="s16">epart for </span><span class="s16">Etchmiadzin</span><span class="s16">, the spiritual and administrative headquarter of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Visit the Mother See of Holy </span><span class="s16">Etchmiadzin</span><span class="s16"> (302-303 AD), the seat of the </span><span class="s16">Catholicos</span><span class="s16">. Visit St. </span><span class="s16">Gayane</span><span class="s16"> and St. </span><span class="s16">Hripsime</span><span class="s16"> Churches (7th c.). </span><span class="s16">We will stop for lunch in </span><span class="s16">Machanents</span><span class="s16"> House, </span><span class="s16">Etchmiadzin</span><span class="s16">. </span><span class="s16">Return to Yerevan and stop over for </span><span class="s16">Zvartnots</span><span class="s16"> temple, 7th century architectural masterpiece, listed among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites</span></p>
Day 5 : Khor Virap-Noravank-Areni Cave and Wine tasting
<p><span class="s16">Today, we will visit </span><span class="s16">Khor</span> <span class="s16">Virap</span><span class="s16"> Monastery, which holds significant historical importance for Armenia due to the ado</span><span class="s16">ption of Christianity. We will </span><span class="s16">have the opportunity to descend into the underground dungeon, located inside St. Gregory the Illuminator </span><span class="s16">Chapel</span><span class="s16">. The best view of the holy mountain Ararat opens from the territory of the monastery. Then, we will head to </span><span class="s16">Noravank</span><span class="s16">Monastery, known for its beautiful medieval Armenian architecture and religious importance. After that, we will visit </span><span class="s16">Areni</span><span class="s16"> Cave and </span><span class="s16">Areni</span><span class="s16"> Winery for a </span><span class="s16">wine-tasting</span><span class="s16"> experience. In </span><span class="s16">Areni</span><span class="s16">Cave</span><span class="s16">,</span><span class="s16"> an ancient wine press was discovered, the age of which was estimated at 6000 years. </span><span class="s16">After Lunch in </span><span class="s16">Areni</span><span class="s16"> we will return to Yerevan.</span></p>
Day 6 : Departure
